For our eighth episode of Fast Fit, our guru Daron Williams is getting serious! Today he’s using some of the equipment at Sky Dive Dubai’s outdoor gym. The exercises are:

Wide pull ups

Dips

Chins

Battle ropes

Remember to warm up and stretch before exercising and to hydrate afterwards. It’s best to do these exercises in the hour before iftar so you can refuel, but remember that fries and fatty foods are going to counteract all of your good work!
