A resolution has been issued in Dubai to regulate the licensing and use of recreational motorcycles.

It was issued by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council with the aim of ensuring safety for motorcyclists and the surroundings in which they drive.
