The ambitious Titanic II will set sail in 2018 from Jiangsu, China and will have its first stop in Dubai.

The voyage is being steered by Australian entrepreneur Clive Palmer, who is turning the Titanic II into a modern-day replica of the original Olympic-class RMS Titanic. The same doomed liner that sank at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean in 1912 after hitting an iceberg.

The Titanic II will be equipped with modern equipment, with a focus on safety requirements, along with benefits for guests with swimming pools, a Turkish bath, a gym and squash courts.
