Having surpassed 390 cities in 48 countries, Dutch company TomTom, which specializes in navigation systems and traffic maps, has awarded Abu Dhabi the world's best city in road and transport infrastructure.

The emirate has invested Dh581m on improving its traffic management systems and infrastructure in the recent years.
